  • 52g Vegetable oil
  • 48g Milk
  • 4g Vanilla extract
  • 72g Plain flour
  • 24g Cocoa powder
  • 1g Baking Powder & Baking Soda
  • 120g Egg whites
  • 56g Sugar
  • whipped whipping cream (fresh cream 150g + sugar 15g)
  • White chocolate

Instructions

  1. Put egg yolk, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves to some extent.
  2. Pour in the oil little by little and mix, then pour in the milk slowly and mix evenly.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix.
  4. Sift the powders and mix to form a smooth dough.
  5. Whip the egg whites in a bowl, and when large bubbles appear, add sugar 2-3 times and whip them to make a hard and shiny meringue.
  6. Divide the meringue into the yolk dough by 1/3 and mix.
  7. After spraying enough water with a sprayer on the mold, pour in the dough and stir with chopsticks to remove air bubbles.
  8. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
  9. When finished, turn the mold over to cool completely.
  10. Grind the white chocolate in the slicer.
  11. Cut the protruding part of the chiffon cake and icing it with whipped whipped cream.
  12. Decorate with white chocolate and cake topper.
