Valentine’s Day #2 Did you have a good Lunar New Year holiday?? As Valentine’s Day Special 2! I brought a video of chewy and delicious raw chocolate, pavé chocolate~

I made 3 colors paved chocolate using 3 types of powder ^^ It’s the most basic and simple, so I think it’s good for a gift~ It was so delicious that I ate a lot as soon as I made it. If you put it in the refrigerator and eat it cold, it will be more chewy and delicious~ bb!

Chocolate truffle pave chocolate

Ingredients

  • 150g dark couverture chocolate
  • 90ml fresh cream
  • cocoa powder
  • Centennial Root Powder
  • green tea powder

Instructions

  1. Put the whipped cream on low heat and boil it until the edges are bubbling, then remove from the heat, add dark chocolate, and melt.
  2. Lay the wrap on a flat plate and place a square mousse frame.
  3. Pour melted chocolate + whipped cream, spread it flat, cover, and harden in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  4. ​Slightly heat a knife on a gas fire to make it hot, then make a cut on the edge of the mold to separate the chocolate from the mold, and cut the chocolate into small squares.
  5. Dip the cut chocolate into the cocoa powder and baeknyeoncho powder and green tea powder.
