I made a cream cheese mousse cake with a very pretty color! It’s fun to eat because the taste is different on each layer. I like the strawberry layer with strawberry puree the most~^^ It also goes well with chocolate bb! The cross section is so pretty when cut ♥ It tastes even better when eaten cold! Chocolate Cream Cheese Mousse cake

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Sponge Cake
  • Gelatin 6(12g) Leaf Gelatin
  • 320g Cream cheese
  • 60g Sugar
  • 200g yogurt
  • 150g whipped cream
  • Strawberry puree 40g
  • 5g Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the chocolate sheet into 5 different size circles using a mousse ring and cutter.
  2. Put only the 2nd and 4th sheets in the mousse frame covered with mousse rings.
  3. Soak gelatin in cold water.
  4. After softening the cream cheese, add sugar and mix, then add yogurt and mix.
  5. Add the whipped cream and mix, squeeze the water out of the gelatin and heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds to melt it completely, then add it and mix.
  6. Fill the center circle with mousse to the height of the seat.
  7. Add strawberry puree to the slightly reduced mousse, mix, pour into the second compartment and harden in the freezer for 25 minutes.
  8. Add cocoa powder to the mousse and mix, pour over the hardened mousse and harden in the freezer for 2 hours.
