Yesterday, I made a chicken mayo bowl with leftover chicken. I ate chili pepper crispy chicken and made it with marbling sauce instead of mayonnaise.

It was slightly spicy and tasted better than mayonnaise! I used boneless chicken for the chicken~^^ This food is really, really, highly recommended!! It’s so delicious. If you eat chicken and have any leftovers, make sure to try it!

Chicken Mayonnaise Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of rice
  • 2-3 pieces of chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • Marbling Sauce or Mayonnaise
  • green spring onion
  • dried laver

Teriyaki sauce

  • Onion 1/4 Onion
  • 2Ts soy sauce
  • 2Ts cooking wine
  • Oligosaccharide 2Ts oligosaccharide

Instructions

  1. Shred seaweed and onion and cut the green onion into pieces.
  2. Prepare the chicken by dicing it.
  3. Put soy sauce + oligosaccharide + cooking wine in a pot and when it boils, add onion and boil.
  4. Lightly fry the chicken in a dry pan and scramble the eggs in a pan with oil.
  5. Put rice + egg + chicken + teriyaki sauce + marbling sauce or mayonnaise + seaweed + green onion in a bowl.
  6. Eat deliciously ♬
