Ingredients

- 2 Egg whites
- Sugar 40g Sugar
- Soft Flour 125g Soft Flour
- 1 ts Baking powder
- 40g Butter
- Vanilla extract 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 80g Milk
- salt
- Red food coloring
- Strawberry Syrup
- 150g fresh cream
- 20g Sugar Powder
Instructions
- Put the softened butter and sugar in a bowl at room temperature and whip.
- Add egg white and whip, then add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add red food coloring to milk and mix to make pink, then put it in a bowl and whip it.
- Sift in soft flour + baking powder + salt and mix.
- Pour the dough into an oven pan lined with parchment paper and flatten it, then tap it on the table to remove air bubbles.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in a 170 degree preheated oven
- Cool the baked cake on a cooling rack,
Cut off the top part.
- Put whipped cream + sugar powder in a bowl and whip until horns stand.
- Use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to shape the cake into a flower shape.
- Spread strawberry syrup on the cake, sand with whipped cream, and cover with another cake.
