Ingredients

  • 2 Egg whites
  • Sugar 40g Sugar
  • Soft Flour 125g Soft Flour
  • 1 ts Baking powder
  • 40g Butter
  • Vanilla extract 1 ts Vanilla extract
  • 80g Milk
  • salt
  • Red food coloring
  • Strawberry Syrup
  • 150g fresh cream
  • 20g Sugar Powder

Instructions

  1. Put the softened butter and sugar in a bowl at room temperature and whip.
  2. Add egg white and whip, then add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Add red food coloring to milk and mix to make pink, then put it in a bowl and whip it.
  4. Sift in soft flour + baking powder + salt and mix.
  5. Pour the dough into an oven pan lined with parchment paper and flatten it, then tap it on the table to remove air bubbles.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes in a 170 degree preheated oven
  6. Cool the baked cake on a cooling rack,
    Cut off the top part.
  7. Put whipped cream + sugar powder in a bowl and whip until horns stand.
  8. Use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to shape the cake into a flower shape.
  9. Spread strawberry syrup on the cake, sand with whipped cream, and cover with another cake.
