I made a savory and delicious cheese potato bagel by putting potatoes and cheese in the bagel! Itโs so delicious even without cream cheese or anything else.
I ate the rice and tasted it, but I ate all of it haha If you like bagels, I highly recommend making them! Have fun watching it~โฌ

Ingredients
- 200g bread flour
- 4 g dry yeast
- 3g salt
- 7g Sugar
- 4g Butter
- 120g (35โ) Water
- Cooked potatoes
- Salt and Pepper
- Cheese
- 1L Water
- 1Ts Honey
- 1 ts Baking soda
Instructions
- Put strong flour into the ball, make 3 grooves, and insert into each groove.
- Add salt, sugar, and dry yeast and mix with flour first, then mix thoroughly.
- Add water and knead until it forms into a ball.
- Add the butter and knead for 10-15 minutes until smooth.
- Apply a little oil on the surface, cover, and ferment for about 30 minutes.
- After fermentation, press the dough firmly to release gas and divide it into 3 pieces.
- Spread it in a rectangular shape using a rolling pin, add cooked potatoes (+salt, pepper) and cheese, roll it up from the end, and pinch it so that it does not fall off.
- One end is made pointed, the other end is spread thin and wide, and the thin and wide part is rolled out so that it is attached.
- Trim the attached part meticulously.
- Place on paper foil, cover and ferment for 20 minutes.
- Add baking soda and honey to water and bring to a boil.
- When the water boils, reduce the heat to low and blanch the molded dough for 30 seconds on each side.
- Pan in an oven pan and bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
