  1. Cut the Genuise into a sponge shape, and then cut it in half.
  2. Mix the whipped cream with yellow food coloring to make it yellow. Sand the whipped cream in the middle of the cut Genuise.
  3. Make a hole in the right end.
  4. Make a string using the sugar fondant.
  5. Insert (4) into the hole, transfer to the finished plate, and squeeze whipped white whipped cream to create a bubble.
