Green tea Crepe Roll Cake Recipe

Cooking Tree will show you how to make a homemade version of this delectable recipe for Green tea Crepe Roll Cake.

I made a green tea crepe roll cake that was rolled up into an interesting shape~
I rolled up the crepes one by one and put them in a mold to harden them.

I tried to make it like a roll cake without using a mold, but neither the crepe nor the cream had strength, so the shape was maintained and did not dry.

So I put it in a mold and put a lot of creams and hardened it, so it was easier to make and the shape was good~^^

The green tea crepe is green tea cream, but the green tea scent is not too strong, so I think you can enjoy the mild green tea scent without any burden.

The cream is made by melting white chocolate, mixing green tea powder, and mixing it with fresh cream.

Even when eating a fork, if you take out small rolls one by one, you can enjoy a fun texture and easy to eat~*^^*
