Green tea and chocolate brownie cookies recipe

I made brownie cookies that are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
I baked it in two versions, the chocolate version and the green tea version, but I could feel different flavors and textures ~

The chocolate brownie cookies are plump and the green tea brownie cookies are baked and baked so delicious that they are both delicious

The appeal of brownie cookies is the cracks on the top that naturally crack, but the concentration of the dough is important for cracks to come out.

Before making the dough and hardening it, you have to pan and bake it quickly to get a shiny and stylishly cracked cookie.
In addition, when whipping eggs and sugar, the hand mixer should foam well to make it plump and cracks well.

Green Tea Brownie Cookies have a lot of baking color when baked at high temperatures, so they bake at low temperatures, so they spread and bake

If you don’t mind the baking color, you can also bake it at the same temperature and time as the chocolate brownie cookie

The process of this cookie is simple, but it’s a little difficult, so I think it would be a good idea to keep the important points well.
