Potato Mochi Cake, Gluten-Free Glutinous Rice Cake Recipe | Cooking tree

Gluten-Free Glutinous Rice Cake is one of the delicious recipes, Cooking tree will show you how to prepare this recipe step by step

Chewy potato rice cake! I made a potato mochi cake.

The dough made by mixing boiled potatoes with glutinous rice flour is baked to a golden brown color, so the top is slightly crispy and the inside is chewy.

Depending on the dryness of the glutinous rice flour, the consistency of the dough may vary, so you can adjust it with the amount of milk.

I think it’s a fun and unique potato dish that feels soft to the touch.
It’s easy to make and it’s good to make it when you have a lot of potatoes.
