Fudgy Brownie Recipe

Fudgy Brownie is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made a thick and chewy fudge brownie with plenty of chocolate~
A thin, crumbly film is formed on the top, creating a more stylish and rich chocolate flavor.

If you want to make a thin film on top, you need to make a white foam after boiling the egg so that the film comes out well.
Brownies, like steaks, have a different texture depending on how much they are grilled, so I think it would be good to adjust them according to your taste.

I baked it until the edges were almost cooked and the middle part was moist and chewy.
Bake and harden in the refrigerator for a day or so.
