Fruit candy Recipe

Cooking Tree is serving you a delectable recipe for Fruit candy (Candied Strawberry), and we’ll show you how to prepare it from scratch.

I made Tanghulu, a fruit candy that shines beautifully~
Strawberries are made by inserting them one by one, so it is easy to apply sugar syrup, easy to eat, and the color is pretty as it has a stem~^^

Green grapes and blueberries do not have water on the surface, so I think they are good fruits for making Tanghulu.

There is a small mandarin orange, so I cut it in half and put it in because of the color, but I thought I could make it without failure by removing the water with a kitchen towel and drying the top side until slightly dry.

When I coated the sugar syrup, I boiled it to 130 degrees and then turned it on the lowest heat and coated it.

It’s more delicious than I thought, so I keep getting my hands on it~*^^*
