- chicken breast
- Chicken tenderloin
- milk
- flour
- egg
- salt
- pepper
- Powdered herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary)
- bread crumbs
- Parsley Powder
- Coconut slice
- Curry powder
- Peperoncino
- chili powder
- cooking oil
Instructions
- Cut up the chicken and soak it in milk for about 30 minutes to remove the fishy smell.
- Drain the milk and season with salt, pepper, and herb powder.
- Add flour and eggs and mix.
- Make breadcrumbs in 4 flavors.
(breadcrumbs + parsley, breadcrumbs + coconut slices, breadcrumbs + curry powder, breadcrumbs + peperoncino + chili powder + pepper)
- Add curry powder to 1/4 of the chicken and red bell pepper powder to 1/4 and mix.
- Pass the chicken through 4 breadcrumbs.
- Put oil in a pan and heat it to 180-200 degrees.
- Fry them until they are golden brown.
