Elderflower Kohakuto Recipe

Elderflower Kohakuto is one of the delicious recipes, Cooking tree will show you how to prepare this recipe step by step

I made a sparkling jewel jelly candy Kohakuto~
I wanted to taste it so I used elderflower flavored beverage instead of water, but it is fragrant and tastes much better~^^

I used only a small amount of pigment to make it soft and transparent~*^^*

When drying, it seems to dry well in the shade with good ventilation.
It’s a bit hard candy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside like jelly, so it’s fun to eat~

I think it would be really pretty even if it was made in various shapes~*^^*
