I made a sparkling jewel jelly candy Kohakuto~
I wanted to taste it so I used elderflower flavored beverage instead of water, but it is fragrant and tastes much better~^^
I used only a small amount of pigment to make it soft and transparent~*^^*
When drying, it seems to dry well in the shade with good ventilation.
It’s a bit hard candy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside like jelly, so it’s fun to eat~
I think it would be really pretty even if it was made in various shapes~*^^*

Ingredients
- 300g Elder flower & rhubarb flavored beverage
- 7g Agar powder
- 500g Sugar
- Food coloring
Instructions
- Coat the mold with cooking oil.
- Put elderflower flavored beverage and agar powder in a pot and boil for 5-6 minutes until the agar powder is dissolved.
- Add sugar and boil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then strain through a sieve and pour into the mold.
- Mix with food coloring to color and harden in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove from the mold, cut, and dry naturally in the shade for 4 to 6 days.
