Egg Cookies Recipe

We made a cookie with a cute shape that tastes really similar to the eggs we eat.
I think it’s good because it’s simple and you can knead it and bake it right away
I made some of the cookies like fried eggs, but they were cute

I have a macaroon fan, so I baked it in a shaped mold, but even if I pan and cook it on a flat fan, it is also baked well

As the cookie is baked, it spreads a lot, so I think you should set the panning interval a little wider

The texture of the baking color and cookie changes depending on the baking time, but if you bake for a long time, the texture will be harder
I think you can make and eat egg crackers without eating them

Egg Cookies

Ingredients

  • 50g Unsalted butter
  • 30g Sugar
  • a pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2g Vanilla extract
  • 50g Cake flour
  • 10g Almond powder

Instructions

  1. Gently loosen the unsalted butter, add sugar and salt and mix, then split the eggs into the mixture and mix with vanilla extract.
  2. Sift the powdered flour and almond flour, mix, and put in a milking bag.
  3. Add some yellow and orange edible color to a little bit of the dough, mix it, and put it in a milking bag.
  4. Pan the dough in a mold and squeeze some yellow-colored dough.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees.

Mold size: About 45 ~ 50 pieces of 3.5cm
