I made eclair-shaped chocolate cookies with chocolate ganache~
I put chocolate with nuts in the cookie dough and made it into an eclair shape and baked it.
I put nuts in the ganache, and it was delicious because it was savory and added texture.
Cookies are fun to make by applying them in various shapes.

Eclair Shaped Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 100g Dark couverture chocolate
- 60g Whipping cream
- 60g Nuts
(I used almonds, walnuts and pistachios)
- 100g Unsalted butter
- 80g Sugar
- 2g Salt
- 40g Egg
- 3g Vanilla extract
- 230g All-purpose flour
- 1g Baking powder
Instructions
Ganache with Nuts
- Add whipped cream to dark chocolate, heat in a microwave for about 40 seconds, mix well and melt.
- Chop the nuts, mix them evenly, and put them in a ziplock bag.
- Make it into a square shape and harden it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Butter Cookies
- Mix and dissolve softened butter at room temperature, add sugar and salt and mix.
- Add 1/2 of the eggs at room temperature and mix, then add the remaining eggs and vanilla extract and mix.
- Sift flour and baking powder, mix them with a spatula, and make a lump.
- Put the dough between the paper foil, push it flat, and harden it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Cut the hardened ganache and cut the cookie dough. (Ganache: 9.5cm, Cookies: 10.5 x 8.5cm)
- Place the ganache on top of the cookie dough and roll it into shape.
- Roll it on the floor to make a cylinder, and cut the thick part with a knife.
- Place on an oven pan and freeze in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Bake in a 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes, then take it out and press it on both sides with a strapper to shape it.
- Apply chocolate to the top with a brush.
