Easy Vietnamese Pizza, Rice paper Recipe

Vietnamese Pizza is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made banh trang nuong, one of the Vietnamese street food, in a simple way~
Ban Trang Nuong, also called Vietnamese pizza, is a dish that is eaten by folding the ingredients in half on rice paper, and it is made with various toppings.

I used sausage and dried prawns for the basic vegetables, but I think it’s delicious because the prawns give it a savory taste.
I used very small shrimp, which is often used in rice balls called rice prawns, but if the shrimp are large, you can mince them and use them.

When I first made it, I did not fry the vegetables separately, but put them on rice paper and mixed them with eggs, but the vegetables were undercooked and tasted fresh.
So, I roasted the vegetables first, and it tasted much better and I think it was good because the roasted vegetables were added to the flavor.

Only the order and process were changed, but the taste was different.
