Easy Mango Pudding (No-Gelatin) Recipe

In Cooking Tree, we’re serving up delicious Easy Mango Pudding (No-Gelatin), and we’ll show you how to make it from scratch.

As the last dessert of Mango Week, I made a simple mango pudding~
The mango pulp is generously added and condensed milk gives it a sweet taste, giving it a savory and fragrant taste.

Without using gelatin or agar, it was hardened by adjusting the viscosity with starch.
I used a silicone mold, but if you want to harden it in another container, you need to apply a little bit of cooking oil and harden it so that it comes off easily when you take it out~

The pudding is on the soft side, so when you take it out, you have to take it out carefully and slowly to avoid ruining its shape.

This is a very simple and easy-to-make pudding.
