Ingredients
- 2 Egg
- 50g Cake flour
- 1/2ts + 1/4ts Baking powder
- 10g Sugar
- 1/4ts Salt
- 100ml Milk
- 1/2ts Vanilla extract
- Butter
- Sugar powder
Instructions
- Put eggs in a bowl and beat, then add soft flour + baking powder + sugar + salt and mix.
- Add milk + vanilla extract, mix, and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Put butter on a heated pan and when completely melted, pour half of the dough and then bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
