Ingredients

  • 2 Egg
  • 50g Cake flour
  • 1/2ts + 1/4ts Baking powder
  • 10g Sugar
  • 1/4ts Salt
  • 100ml Milk
  • 1/2ts Vanilla extract
  • Butter
  • Sugar powder

Instructions

  1. Put eggs in a bowl and beat, then add soft flour + baking powder + sugar + salt and mix.
  2. Add milk + vanilla extract, mix, and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Put butter on a heated pan and when completely melted, pour half of the dough and then bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
