Double Cheese Bread Recipe

Double Cheese Bread is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made a cheese bread that stretches by adding cheddar and mozzarella cheese together.
I think adding cheddar cheese together, rather than just mozzarella cheese, makes it more flavorful and gives you a richer cheese flavor.

It can be made in various shapes, but the bread dough must completely cover the cheese so that it is baked and the cheese does not leak out.

I used a mixture of strong flour and heavy flour, and it has less shrinkage than when I used strong flour, so it is easier to shape it.

If you eat it while it’s warm, the cheese will stretch, so if it’s cold, it’s better to warm it up a bit.
