Dinner Rolls (Milk Bread) Recipe

Dinner Rolls (Milk Bread) is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made a moist and light milk morning bread.
I rarely knead by hand, and I kneaded it easily using the kneading blade of a hand mixer.

Hand mixer If you want to knead raw, the dough should be on the thin side so that it mixes well and it doesn’t seem to be too hard on the mixer.

Baking a lot puts a lot of strain on my wrists, so I can’t do it often because it’s difficult to knead by hand when making bread.
Because the dough is rather thin, I sprinkled powder over it before fermentation and finished it smooth by hand, but it is easier to work with butter on your hands.

It’s not too sweet or salty, and it’s light, so I think it would be delicious to spread it with jam and eat it with milk, or cut it in half and stuffed it.
