Ingredients

  • 300g Milk
  • 3g Vanilla extract
  • 3 Egg yolk
  • 55g Sugar
  • 18g Corn starch

Instructions

  1. Put milk and vanilla extract in a pot and remove from heat when the edges boil.
  2. Put egg yolk + sugar in a bowl and mix, then add cornstarch and mix.
  3. Pour in the milk little by little and mix, then put it back into the pot and simmer until thickened.
  4. Cool before use.
