Ingredients
- 27g Butter
- 1g Salt
- 30ml Water
- 30ml Milk
- 36g Cake flour
- 55g Egg
- Diplomat cream (100g Custard cream + 100g whipped cream + 10g sugar)

- Sugar powder
Instructions
- Put water+milk+butter+salt in a pot and boil it until the butter is completely dissolved, then remove from the heat.
- Sift the soft flour, mix, put on low heat, and heat while stirring until a film forms on the bottom.
- Transfer the dough to another bowl, cool it slightly, then add the egg and mix.
- Pan in a muffin tin, sprinkle with water, and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Fill the shoe with cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
