Cream Puff muffin Choux

Ingredients

  • 27g Butter
  • 1g Salt
  • 30ml Water
  • 30ml Milk
  • 36g Cake flour
  • 55g Egg
  • Diplomat cream (100g Custard cream + 100g whipped cream + 10g sugar)
  • (Custard cream Recipe)
  • Sugar powder

Instructions

  1. Put water+milk+butter+salt in a pot and boil it until the butter is completely dissolved, then remove from the heat.
  2. Sift the soft flour, mix, put on low heat, and heat while stirring until a film forms on the bottom.
  3. Transfer the dough to another bowl, cool it slightly, then add the egg and mix.
  4. Pan in a muffin tin, sprinkle with water, and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Fill the shoe with cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
