I made a bunt cake full of chocolate with cream cheese! Since there is a layer of cream cheese in the middle, I think it can be eaten softer than a regular pound cake~

It is important to mix well even if your arm hurts a little because you need to divide the liquid ingredients and mix them well~^^

I just sprinkled dark and white chocolate on top to decorate it, but it seems to have a foreign feel (?) and it was fun~ hahaha It is very happy to eat a slice with milk or coffee. Enjoy watching~~♬~

Cream cheese Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients

Chocolate cake

  • 52g Cocoa powder
  • 95g Hot water
  • 120g Egg
  • 8g Vanilla extract
  • 95g Milk
  • 192g Plain flour
  • 100g Sugar
  • a pinch of Salt
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 1g Baking soda
  • 180g Butter

Cream cheese filling

  • 230g Cream cheese
  • 30g Sugar
  • 1ts Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 5g Plain flour
  • Chocolate (dark, white)

Instructions

  1. Add hot water to cocoa powder and mix.
  2. Mix eggs, vanilla extract and milk.
  3. Put flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl and mix, then add 1/2 of the egg mixture with butter and cocoa powder and mix.
  4. Mix until the powder is no longer visible, then add the remaining egg mixture in 2-3 batches and mix.
  5. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract, then add eggs and mix.
  6. Add wheat flour and mix.
  7. Pour 1/2 of the chocolate dough into a pan coated with butter and cocoa powder, add cream cheese filling, and then add the remaining dough and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 60 minutes.
  8. Decorate the cooled cake with dark and white chocolate.
