I made a more delicious brownie by adding cream cheese~
I baked them in a small size using a muffin tin, and it’s good to eat one at a time, and I think the look is cute and pretty~

When I put cream cheese inside, it blends in with the sweet chocolate flavor and tastes really good~
Highly recommended! It can be melted by just adding cream cheese, but starch and lemon juice hold the shape.

The crack on the top is also nice and the cut section is rich, which puts a smile on my face~
I ate it moist after cooling it for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator, but if it hardens for a longer time, I think you can feel the chewy texture~

The texture may change depending on the baking time, so I think it would be good to adjust it to your taste.

Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients

  • 70g Cream cheese
  • 20g Powdered sugar
  • 5g Corn starch
  • 5g Lemon juice
  • 100g Dark couverture chocolate
  • 60g Unsalted butter
  • 70g Sugar
  • 1g Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 3g Vanilla extract
  • 20g All-purpose flour
  • 10g Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Add sugar powder to cream cheese, loosen gently, add corn starch and lemon juice, mix, and place in a piping bag.
  2. Put a bowl of dark couverture chocolate and unsalted butter on top of a pot of hot water, melt it, add sugar and salt, mix, and remove from the pot.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix, then sieve wheat flour and cocoa powder, mix, and put in a piping bag.
  4. Put a parchment paper cup into the muffin tin, add a little brownie dough, put cream cheese dough on the middle, and cover with brownie dough.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 16 to 17 minutes, cool at room temperature, and then cool in the refrigerator.
