Ingredients

  • Onion, Carrot, Green onion
  • 210g Rce
  • 140g Crab stick
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop up whatever vegetables you have at home. I used onions, carrots, and scallions.
  2. Put the rice in a bowl, tear up the crackers, and add the vegetables.
  3. Crack in the egg, add salt and pepper, and mix everything together.
  4. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil, then add the batter.
  5. Fry from front to back until golden brown. (Delicious with ketchup)
