Cookie Brownie Recipe

Cookie Brownie is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made a baked cookie brownie by putting cookie dough on top of a chewy brownie~
Brownies and cookies are delicious to eat separately, but baking them together in a muffin tin makes a different dessert.

The color is beautiful and the two textures are fun to mix together.

When baked in a muffin tin, the shape is uniform and neat, and it is prettier, but make sure to grease the muffin tin and bake it so that it comes out easily.

I baked it in the oven at 170 degrees for about 18 minutes, but the color on the top was light, so I baked it for another 2 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.

I made a small heart shape in the middle of the cookie and baked it, and the brownie dough naturally fills up, so I think it’s cuter~
