I made a unique shaped coconut scones by folding the dough and baking it~
I think it can be eaten lightly because it is savory and has a good texture by adding coconut.
I wanted to bake it in a different shape, so I cut the dough into a circle and folded it twice and baked it, but it created a space in between and it was baked and it was crispy.
I think the other side except the bottom is coated in sugar and baked to make it visually more delicious.
Itβs covered in sugar, but itβs not too sweet, and the savory taste of coconut and the sweetness of sugar go well together.
Itβs fun to see them puffing in the oven!
