Cloud Eggs Recipe

In Cooking Tree, we’re serving up delicious Cloud Eggs, and we’ll show you how to make them from scratch.

A simple egg dish that is fluffy like a cloud! I made a cloud egg~ I saw it for breakfast at Hyori’s bed and breakfast that aired last night, and I made it this morning too~*^^*

I like hard-boiled rather than half-boiled, so I cooked a lot of yolks. Each oven has different specifications, so I think it would be better to watch it while baking and then take it out after seeing the color~

As shown in Hyori’s Bed and Breakfast, I really like the moist, chewy, and fluffy texture.

The Parmesan cheese adds a savory taste and the slightly salty taste makes the taste buds turn.

Personally, I like to add a little bit of sugar to make it less sweet.

I think it’s really good to eat with bread for breakfast~ Enjoy watching~~♬~
