Cinnamon Roll Recipe

Cinnamon Roll is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I made a cute rolled cinnamon bun~
The top is slightly crispy, and the rolled-up inside is melted with sugar and has a moist and chewy texture.

Generally, butter is first applied to the fermented dough and then sprinkled with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
I mixed butter with sugar and cinnamon powder and spread it like jam.

I used a clean thread to divide the dough, but it’s nice to have a cleaner shape than cutting with a knife.
I eat a lot of baked bread with glaze or cream cheese frosting, but I tried cream cheese frosting~

When panning the dough in the mold, if the gap is too narrow or the dough is thick, the middle part may protrude a lot when baked.

I think it’s fun to eat it while rolling it around with your hands~^^
