Chocolate Milk Rice Cake Recipe

I made chocolate milk rice cake with chocolate ganache poured over soft and glutinous rice cake ~

The glutinous rice cake dough is easy to make with the microwave and the ingredients are simple, so it doesn’t take long to make it.

The rice cake sticks to my hand, so I have to work with starch to make a round shape.
I think it’s good to eat with ganache because it has a lot of milk and it’s not sweet and sweet ~

If you want to eat more and more softly, you can eat rice cakes that grow all the time by rotating them in the microwave for about 10 to 15 seconds ~ ^^

I think it’s a fun milk cake soaked in chocolate like chocolate fondue ~
