Chocolate-coated Rose Turkish delight

Chocolate coated Rose Turkish delight is one of the delicious recipes, Cooking tree will show you how to prepare this recipe step by step

It was made by coating Locum with chocolate, which is soft and full of rose scent.

This time, I made it using starch and sugar without gelatin, and although the texture is less chewy, I think it can be eaten softer and softer.

When I add rose essence, the scent is good and the authentic Turkish Delight feel is better~^^

I see a lot of Turkish Delight coated with chocolate on the market, so I made it myself, but it’s not as smooth as the ones sold, but it’s fun~*^^*

Coating with chocolate is not as easy as I thought, so I think it is better to coat it with a hot water bath so that the chocolate does not harden.

After the chocolate is coated and hardened, the chocolate that protrudes from the bottom can be trimmed with a knife to make it a little cleaner.

When eaten with chocolate, the sweetness is doubled, but the texture of chocolate is added, so it is different and I think the combination with Turkish Delight is good~^^
