Chocolate Butter Cookies (3 Ways Recipe)

Chocolate Butter Cookies is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

Among the cookies, I made three flavor cookies filled with chocolate.
I made a space by pressing in the middle with a cup slightly smaller than a cookie cutter and filled it with chocolate. It looks neat and pretty and tastes good.

Knead the dough with a cookie cutter and press it with a cup before removing it from the dough to form a beautiful shape without spreading too much.

When filling chocolate into cookies, if the temperature of the chocolate gets too cold, it is difficult to flatten it and the shape may not come out beautifully, so it is good to use it while it is warm.

I thought that it would be perfect to give as a gift because I baked several and put them in a line in a box~

Chocolate Butter Cookies (3 Ways)

Ingredients

  • 60g Unsalted butter
  • 50g Sugar
  • 0.5g Salt
  • 30g Egg
  • 2g vanilla extract

Powder ingredients

  • Basic: 155g of Cake flour
  • Choco: 140g Cake flour, 8g Cocoa powder
  • Green tea: 143g Cake flour, 8g Green tea powder
  • 250g Dark chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. Melt the softened butter at room temperature, add sugar and salt, and mix until slightly white.
  2. Mix half of the eggs first (to prevent separation), then add the remaining eggs and vanilla extract and mix evenly.
  3. Sift the soft flour through a sieve, mix it as if cutting it with a spatula, combine it into a mass, wrap it in plastic wrap, and rest in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle flour on the floor, put the dough on it, sprinkle flour on it, and spread it out with a rolling pin to about 5mm.
  5. Sprinkle flour and press it with a cutter to make a groove by pressing it lightly with a cup with a flat bottom and a smaller size than the cutter.
  6. Put it on the oven pan as it is, remove the cutter, and remove the cup.
  7. Bake in an oven at 160 degrees for 7-8 minutes, cool completely and fill with dark chocolate for coating.
