Cherry Tanghulu with Popping candy, Candied fruit Recipe

I made Cherry Tangfuru with popping candy popping out of my mouth
Like other fruits, it doesn’t stick to the skewer, so it doesn’t appear to be dry.

If you remove the water on the outside well and boil the syrup to 130 degrees, you can make an addictive cherry Tangfuru

I coated some Tangfuru with syrup and put popping candy right before it hardened
It exploded in my mouth, so I could feel an interesting texture

It hardens at room temperature quickly, so it seems that it took less time to complete
The color of the cherry itself is luxurious and pretty, so it is coated with glittering candy.

Cherry Tanghulu with Popping candy

Ingredients

  • Cherry
  • Popping candy

  • 150g Water
  • 300g Sugar
  • 50g Corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Dry the washed cherries.
  2. Add water, sugar, and starch syrup to the pan and boil until it reaches 130 degrees.
  3. Turn on the light with the weakest heat, coat the fruit with syrup, and harden for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
