Ingredients

  • 15cm chocolate sponge cake sheet (3 sheets)
  • Chocolate cream (100g cream + 50g melted chocolate)
  • White cream (200g cream + 20g sugar)
  • Pink cream (200g cream + 20g sugar+ red food coloring)
  • Sugar syrup
  • Sliced cherry
  • Decorative cherry

Instructions

  1. Place 1 chocolate sponge cake sheet on a rotating plate, sprinkle with sugar syrup, and place the sliced cherries.
  2. Apply chocolate cream on the cherry, put a sheet on it, and sprinkle sugar syrup.
  3. Put the white cream on top and apply it flat, then put the last sheet on top and apply the pink cream all over.
  4. Squeeze white cream on the top and decorate with cherries on top.
