Cabbage Toast Recipe

Cabbage Toast is on the menu in Cooking Tree, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

I was craving toast, so I made street toast with lots of cabbage~.
I toasted the grain bread I had at home in butter and added lots of my favorite cabbage and 2 egg vegetables!

I put the lettuce on both sides of the bread to add color and make it more appetizing.
A little sugar on the bread and a lot of ketchup – it’s a delicious combination.

Today was a day of happiness and smiles after eating this toast^^.

Cabbage Toast

Ingredients

  • Cabbage
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Green onion

  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt

  • Butter
  • 2 slices of Bread

  • Sugar
  • Lettuce
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Slice the cabbage, onion, carrot, and scallions and place in a bowl.
  2. Add the egg and salt and mix well.
  3. Heat the butter in a skillet and crack the eggs into the pan, making 2 toast-sized pieces.
  4. Melt the butter in the pan and toast the slices of bread until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle each slice of bread with sugar and top with a layer of lettuce and 1 egg vegetable compote.
  6. Drizzle with ketchup, to your liking, and top with a scrambled egg.
  7. Top with lettuce and dust the bun with sugar to cover.
  8. Eat it plain or cut it up and wrap it up.
