Ingredients

  • 20g Crushed Oreo
  • 10g Melted butter
  • 2g Leaf gelatine
  • 63g Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2ts Vanilla extract
  • 1/2ts Lemon juice
  • 20g Sugar
  • 50g Whipped cream
  • 35g Blueberry puree
  • Whipped cream
  • Blueberries
  • Apple mint

Instructions

  1. Add melted butter to the crushed Oreos, mix, and spread on the bottom of the mousse.
  2. Put the gelatin in the cold and soak it for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Put yogurt, vanilla extract and lemon juice in a bowl and mix, then add sugar and mix.
  4. Melt the gelatin completely in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  5. Add melted gelatin to yogurt mousse and mix, then add whipped cream and mix.
  6. Add blueberry puree and mix.
  7. Put it in the mousse mold, flatten it and harden it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream, blueberries and apple mint.
