Banana chocolate roll cake

Ingredients

  • Meringue (3 egg white + 70g sugar)
  • 3 Egg yolk
  • 3g Vanilla extract
  • 70g Cake flour
  • 15g Cocoa powder
  • 20g Melted butter
  • 30g Milk
  • Chocolate cream (75g whipped cream + Ganache (30g chocolate + 15g fresh cream))
  • Banana

Instructions

  1. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract to meringue and mix.
  2. Sift the soft flour and cocoa powder and mix, then pour the melted butter and milk over the spatula and mix.
  3. Pour the dough into a pan with parchment paper and beat it to remove air bubbles. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 minutes and cool.
  4. Cut off the edge of the sheet and apply a thin layer of chocolate whipped cream.
  5. Put the banana on top, roll it up with paper foil and harden it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
