I had a lot of potatoes, so I was wondering what to do with them.

I concave the steamed potatoes and added sautéed chicken and vegetables.
I sprinkled cheese on top and baked it, and it tastes great and looks great.

I think it would be great as a dish to invite guests or as a snack for children.

Baked Chicken Cheese Potato

Ingredients

  • 580g Boiled potato
  • 2g Salt
  • 50g Cornstarch
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

  • Onion, Bell pepper
  • 115g Grilled chicken breast
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped garlic
  • Salt, Pepper, Crushed red pepper
  • 50g Milk
  • 25g Whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese powder
  • Grana padano cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. mash the steamed potatoes while still hot, add salt, pepper, cornstarch parsley powder and mix.
  2. Butter a pan and divide the potatoes into 8 equal portions.
  3. Make a concave shape and add them to the pan, then chop the vegetables and chicken.
  4. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet, add the onion and minced garlic and sauté lightly.
  5. Add the chicken breast, bell pepper, paprika, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper and sauté.
  6. Add the milk, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese, bring to a boil, and stir in the Grana Padano cheese.
  7. Stir chicken and vegetables into potatoes and top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Sprinkle with Grana Padano cheese and bake in a 200 degree oven for 17-18 minutes.
