Apple crumble cake Recipe

I made a baked apple crumble cake with plenty of fresh apples and a sweet crumble on top! The soft cake, the sweet and fragrant apple, and the savory and crunchy crumble go well together.

I cut the apple into big slices so I could feel the chewy texture of the apple more~

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Apple
  • 20g Sugar
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 1/4ts Cinnamon powder
  • 85g Butter
  • 50g Sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 135g Cake flour
  • 5g Baking powder
  • 20ml Milk
  • 30g Butter
  • 30g Sugar
  • 30g Cake flour
  • 30g Almond powder
  • 1/2ts Cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Slice the apple and put it in a pot with lemon juice, cinnamon powder, and sugar.
  2. Heat the apples until they die, then remove from the heat.
  3. Put butter in a bowl and loosen gently, then add sugar and mix.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix.
  5. Sift the soft flour and baking powder, add milk and mix to make a cake batter.
  6. Put butter, soft flour, almond powder, sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and mix until soft.
  7. Put the dough in the pan and spread it flat, then put the apples and crumble.
  8. Bake for 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
