– 70g Sugar – 210g Fresh cream – 8g Green tea powder – 3 Digestive cookie – Coffee – Cocoa powder
1. Put the mascarpone cheese in a bowl and loosen it gently, then add sugar and mix.
2. Add fresh cream and mix. 3. Sift green tea powder and mix.
4. Dip the Daize cookie in coffee and spread it on the bottom of the mold.
5. Pour the ice cream base and freeze in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours.
6. Remove the mold and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
