– 40g Unsalted butter – 10g Brown sugar – a pinch of Salt – 75g Water – 50g Plain flour – 1 Egg – 2g Vanilla extract – Melted unsalted butter – Sugar – Cinnamon powder

INGREDIENTS

Put unsalted butter, brown sugar, salt and water in a pot and boil it until the butter is melted. Remove from the heat and sieve the wheat flour and mix.
