Add vanilla extract to egg yolk and mix, then add (1) and mix. Sift the soft flour, corn starch, and hibiscus powder and mix, then add the meringue in 3 batches and mix.

Pour it into the mold, flatten it, put it on a pan with hot water, bake it in an oven preheated to 140 degrees for 40 minutes, lower the temperature to 120 degrees and bake for another 60 minutes, and then cool it in the oven for 10 minutes.
