Whip with a hand mixer until it becomes a rich ivory-colored foam. Sift the soft flour and mix. (For strawberry sheet, add crushed dried strawberry powder together with soft flour and mix together~)
Put a little of the dough in a bowl of melted unsalted butter and milk (temperature 50-60 degrees), mix, put in the main dough, mix, and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
Bake one more time to make a vanilla sheet, and after cooling, cut the top and bottom and cut into 2 sheets to prepare a total of 4 sheets.
