– (3ea) – 150g Cream cheese – 30g Sugar – 1/2ts Vanilla extract – 60g Plain Yogurt – 5g Leaf gelatine – 120g Whipped cream – 60g Peach (grated) – Sponge cake sheet 7cm 3 sheets – Peach slice – Apple mint
1. Put cream cheese in a bowl and loosen, then add sugar, vanilla extract, and plain yogurt and mix. 2. Add melted gelatin and mix, then add whipped cream and mix. 3. Put the sponge cake sheet under the mold, put the mousse in it, and harden it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 4. Add ground peach to the remaining mousse and mix. 5. Put the peach mixed mousse on the hardened mousse and harden in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 6. Garnish with peach slices and apple mint.
