– 350g Cherry – 12cm Chocolate sponge cake sheet 3 sheet – 150g Whipped cream – Ganache (100g chocolate + 50g fresh cream) – Decorative chocolate
1. Cut the cherry in half and remove the seeds. 2. Add ganache to whipped cream and whip to make chocolate whipped cream. 3. Place the chocolate sponge sheet on the rotating plate, apply cream, and put the cherry on top. Spread the cream over the cherries. Repeat one more time. 4. After placing the last cake sheet, apply cream all over. 5. Glue the decorative chocolate to the top side and decorate with cream and sieve.
