cream – 6g Leaf gelatine – 200g Cream cheese – 80g Plain Yogurt – 50g Sugar – 1/2ts Vanilla extract – 160g Whipped cream Coffee syrup – 50ml Hand Drip Coffee – 10g Sugar – 3 Green tea cake sheet – Green tea powder

INGREDIENTS

1. Put gelatin in water and soak for 10 minutes. 2. Put cream cheese + plain yogurt in a bowl and mix, then add sugar + vanilla extract and mix. 3. Remove the water from the gelatin and heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds to completely dissolve it. 4. Add to cheese batter and mix. 5. Add whipped cream and mix. 6. Make coffee syrup by mixing water, sugar and espresso. 7. Lay the green tea sheet on the mold and coat it with plenty of coffee syrup. 8. Put the cream, put a sheet on it, and coat it with coffee syrup. Repeat one more time. 9. Put the cream on top, flatten it and harden it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. 10. Sprinkle plenty of green tea powder.
